The brief was a private family residence that read as quietly opulent — Corinthian orders and coffered ceilings counterbalanced by warm, lived-in gathering spaces. Every fluted column, niche light, and live-edge slab was specified, drawn, and detailed against site conditions, then coordinated through fit-out with stone, joinery, lighting, and upholstery vendors over an eleven-month build.
Two formal living rooms anchor the entry sequence; a fourteen-seat dining hall holds the social heart; private family lounges and a reading studio retreat progressively into the plan. Bookmatched marble ensuites complete the suite layout.
